MISSION STATEMENT
To inspire women and girls of all ages to pursue STEM related employment in Indiana by introducing them to experiences and career opportunities in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics as well as provide the necessary financial support, mentoring, training and education for tech-related careers.

WHY STEM?
We define technology broadly and support women interested in fields, including but not limited to, science, computer science, coding, engineering, mathematics, as well as various roles that support tech companies. There is a current need for jobs in these areas particularly as the tech field is quickly growing in Indianapolis. The jobs of the future are technology jobs: the demand for professionals in this field is projected to outpace the supply of trained workers and professionals. We will work closely with strategic partners to support and mentor women through the process of education and job placement.
